FACILITY USE CALENDAR


How to Submit This Form:

  1. Submit Space Request Form with detailed information about your needs at least (2) weeks before your event date.
  2. Receive confirmation email with details of your request
  3. Please allow 7-10 business days for Pastor to review your request for approval or denial
  4. Upon approval, you’ll sign the Facility Use Agreement and submit deposit payment
  5. Facility tour provided (Initial Inspection)
  6. Final payment due one day before event
  7. Post-event inspection conducted
