FACILITY USE CALENDAR
How to Submit This Form:
- Submit Space Request Form with detailed information about your needs at least (2) weeks before your event date.
- Receive confirmation email with details of your request
- Please allow 7-10 business days for Pastor to review your request for approval or denial
- Upon approval, you’ll sign the Facility Use Agreement and submit deposit payment
- Facility tour provided (Initial Inspection)
- Final payment due one day before event
- Post-event inspection conducted
